Our Expertise
Pathak Designing Services Inc. (PDSI) provides professional construction project management, design coordination, drafting, and permit application services for small-scale residential and commercial projects (up to three storeys and a maximum building area of 600 sq. m) across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our role is to manage, coordinate, and deliver accurate, permit-ready documentation that supports efficient approvals and successful project execution.
Our services include CAD drafting and building permit applications for legal basement and secondary suites, renovations, and commercial signage, along with the preparation of complete permit submission packages. All drawings are prepared in accordance with the applicable provincial building codes, municipal bylaws, and authority requirements, including the Ontario Building Code (OBC 2024) where applicable.
PDSI works closely with clients and authorities having jurisdiction across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia to facilitate smooth permit approvals and construction project management. Through disciplined project management and coordination with qualified professionals, we help clients obtain approved plans efficiently and with confidence.
PDSI does not provide architectural or professional engineering services directly to the public. Where such services are required, we subcontract and coordinate work with locally registered architects and licensed professional engineers in the applicable province to ensure full compliance with provincial legislation, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
