Our commercial drafting services encompass precise measurement of the property, creation of floor plans, and review by clients' architects or professional engineers licensed to practice in Ontario. The 'as built' drawings prepared by PDSI are both detailed and accurate, as we utilize state-of-the-art laser measurement equipment for precise measurements. We carefully capture site details with a strong focus on accuracy.
Additionally, we convert clients' old paper drawings into digital formats, either by creating 2D drawings in AutoCAD or by preparing 3D models of the site using Revit. Our communication with clients is streamlined through various channels, including emails and cloud uploads, ensuring timely transmission of project data. We leverage the latest design and drafting software for curtain wall drafting and window wall drafting in our projects.
Our well-trained and certified team adheres to all safety guidelines when working at heights and on suspended platforms at construction sites. Every team member complies with site safety measures, and the use of necessary PPE equipment is mandatory for all personnel.

We use state of the art laser measurement tools for precise and detailed measurements. it not only speeds up the process but measurements are taken 1/16" of accuracy. All the measurements are transferred using Bluetooth and WIFI technology.
