The 'As-built' drawings prepared by PDSI are not only detailed and accurate but also derived from precise measurements taken using state-of-the-art laser measuring equipment. We capture site details with exceptional accuracy, working diligently to ensure attention to detail throughout the process.
Additionally, we convert clients' old paper drawings into digital formats, either by creating 2D drawings in AutoCAD or preparing 3D models of the site using Revit. Our services support permit application services, helping clients navigate the necessary submissions for their projects. We maintain effective communication channels with clients to transmit project data through emails, cloud uploads, and other methods. Our team utilizes the latest design and drafting software to ensure high-quality results.
All team members are well-trained and certified for 'Working at Heights' and on 'Suspended Platforms' at construction sites. We adhere to all safety measures to maintain effective working conditions, with the use of necessary PPE equipment mandated for every member of our team. Ensuring zoning compliance is a priority as we support our clients every step of the way.

We use state of the art laser measurement tools for precise and detailed measurements. it not only speeds up the process but measurements are taken 1/16" of accuracy. All the measurements are transferred using Bluetooth and WIFI technology.
