Pathak Designing Services Inc. (PDSI) provides professional construction project management services, design coordination, drafting, and permit application services for small-scale residential and commercial projects (up to three story and a maximum building area of 600 sq. m) across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario,  Quebec, PEI, New Brunswik, Manitoba and Sasketchvan. Our role is to manage and deliver accurate, permit-ready documentation that supports efficient approvals and successful project execution.

“We work on buildings which are not more than 600 Sq. meters in area, not more than 3 story high and falls under occupancies "C(Residential), D(Business and Personal services), E (Mercantile), F2 (Medium hazard) and F3(Low hazard industrial)". All of our drawings are thoroughly reviewed and stamped by "Licensed Professional Engineers and Licensed Architects based upon the individual project requirements". PDSI does not provide direct architectural or professional engineering services to public.
